As I said in the previous post Tim and I filmed some sword forms for youtube. He put up the video of me doing double edge. Enjoy.

Last Thursday Tim, Sifu and myself spent about an hour filming some application videos for youtube. Tim managed to get a six minute video up. It goes over back body palm, and how to use it. I get my ass handed to me pretty hard in this video. That night we also did some applications to three star blocking drills. The videos from that should be up soon. Ill post them here as soon as they are up. Last night Tim and I filmed some sword forms. I did double edge, and he did broadsword. So as soon as they are available I will post them as well.
